NEW  Washington Waterfront TRIP:
Launch into the Pentagon’s lagoon from Columbia Island  Marina Arlington VA,  [tides determine route] but we usually paddle out the Boundary Channel to the Key Bridge,often take a short hike on 88 acre Roosevelt Island then paddle past the Georgetown Waterfront, the real Watergate, Kennedy Center, Memorial bridge and  the memorials, Lincoln and Jefferson. Lee Mansion and Washington’s Monument look on grandly. Fantastic . beginner skills, suggested our have L1 and L2 course, 3.5 hours bring Your own lunch . Cost $80 -
