Teaching and Learning PDF File

During an IDW/ICE,  there is very little time to cover a subject that takes 4 years of College in which to earn a degree and another 2 years for the masters that gets you a teaching job.

.... But, you do need to teach as an ACA Instructor. You need to teach well. Each of us is limited or liberated by our personality, skill and knowledge. Some of those we  address during the IDW...... Personality, Presentation, and the PFD file [maybe that's PDF file] with teaching information are pretty much up to you.

"Remember who you are teaching, and what they need to learn.... That's a lot different than remembering what you need to teach and how you are going to teach it."  In the difference lies a teacher.
